Journey Through The Dash
An Audio and Visual Experience Through Life!
In this life, there are ups and downs. The key is what you do with the dash. What is "the dash"? It's the journey of life between birth and death. It's what you do with the time you are given. It is your purpose. It is the ups and downs of life - showing you that you are still alive.
This blog-vlog is a multi-media experience. You can choose to only read the blog, or only watch the vlog on YouTube (you can also catch some shorts on TikTok), or you can experience it all by taking advantage of both!
If being an author, blogger, podcaster, publisher, speaker, wife, comic con coordinator, and mother was not enough to have on my plate, I was also diagnosed with synovial sarcoma (cancer) in SEP2024. The amazing support of God, Jesus, The Spirit, family (Super Hubby & Daughter especially) and friends, I have enables me to continue on.
It is my pledge to you to not hold back. It will be a raw walk through thoughts and feelings.
It won't be easy, but as you take this journey with me, there will three main verses that continue to sustain me through life's journey's:
Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Psalm 46:5 - "God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day."
Hebrews 11:1 (The Hall of Faith) - "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."
Faith and strength is not about what you see or what it perceived. Sometimes the strongest people are those who look like the world has beat them down...but I wouldn't want to mess with them - especially if they are one of God's!
